1 filter was not available to be able to do the full oil service, so I had to take my car back the following week to get this filter fitted. I was also told it would take upto1.5hrs to fit the filter, but I had to wait for the car just after 2hrs.
Slight problem with communications around pick up time leading to excess wait for vehicle
It just took so long, especially with it being it's first MOT.
shocking. As above, there is more detail to the story but too long to fit in the box. They damaged the car differently each visit. no interest whatsoever in helping. Had to get the manager, Mark, involved and still managed to damage the alloy.
Misled on number of owners of car, issued with one key only despite being told it had 2 before buying car - misleading information on service plan on car.
They can never return your calls fast enough before the purchase. After the purchase it's the customer chasing for answers.
Not good and not bad
Car sorted quickly and cleaned, only slight issue, I was told tyre would need replacing due to being runflat with nail in, on inspection at another tyre company, they were able to sort the tyre, without the need to replace it.
Been higher but for the poor valet of the car
An intermittent fault is always going to be challenge for a technician. However the technician & service advisor ensured the problem with our car was resolved before being returned
No problems with service experience
I was told that my booked service would start late because other work had to be finished. Why was that work started when it was known that my car was booked in? It was a 'service while you wait' and I was invited to spend that time in town.

Carried out in good time
the mot failed on a damaged tyre, a phone call would have enabled you to replace the tyre and pass the mot straight away, however I was given a courtesy car and did finally get my car back the following day - Saturday- after about 6 phone calls.
As above. Service Advisor rude in the first instance, Management an absolute joke and didn't even try and resolve the situation.
Friendly efficient staff
Service was fine, fault unresolved and worse than ever, and the car was dented whilst with the dealer. I appreciate this was probably an accident by someone else whilst the car has been with them for 2 weeks, however I'm very annoyed with the outcome
Not fully satisfied because only three of the four wheels replaced even though the wheel is showing the signs which the others started with.
Although service and recall done, i had to come straight back in as engine management light was on, although this was minoring one of the connections had not been put back on. As a BMW dealer, this should have been noticed prior to collection.
Again no issues, quick and easy
trying to get through on the phone is challenging, with long waiting times. In Hull, I have used the Audi, Hyundai, and Jaguar service depts during the past 5 years. Stratstone's call handling is easily the worst of all. Otherwise generally fine
Dealt with all my requirements in a truly professional manner
An engineer discussed the issues I had prior to work commencing, and went for a short test drive with me to demonstrate my concerns. The creaking noise has been rectified but the engine stopping before the car comes to a stop has not.
Recall was completed with no issues, however handing back of my car and giving back the courtesy car was comical. I'd had my car back for over 5 hours and received a phone call asking me to collect it and return the courtesy car.... twice.
It's been OK, the purchase was as expected, the recall work was carried out OK

My brake fluid service was completed quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I was also happy with the cost.
dealing with the same people in bmw makes me feel like seeing somebody from my family which makes every visit a pleasant experience. They know what i like and require and they always deliver it with smile.

Car obviously one of last to be serviced despite being dropped off day previous and garage knowing I am totally reliant on my car and unable to drive a courtesy vehicle due to adaptions. No wash or valet. Terrible trouble getting any info on progres
The service was done to a very high standard. Came back to myself like it had just come out of the showroom.
As I say the guy serving me was 110% Very welcoming, polite, professional and very very knowledgeable. An asset to your CS team and would do well in sales as my experience with sales in the past has been a lot worse.
it took longer than predicted and as a result did not get the promised car clean. An offer to bring the car back at a time convenient to me was never going to be convenient because of travel time to dealer
On time very little delay in booking in at service reception
The assistant asked me to down after I had already been waiting 10 minutes to book my car if for its planned service. I do not appreciate having to wait further whilst he completed paperwork for another job. Management may be fooled customers aren't.
Apart from the good service I was given a very nice car to borrow while it was with you.
I should not of had to bring my car again and even though the work took longer I should of had an option to keep the curtesy car
my car has being in the workshop more then I have driven it and im not happy with the vehicle

I mentioned that the boot lid was closing heaving and asked if it could be adjusted but did not get a response and assume it was not dealt with.
I asked if the job could be carried out a bit quicker as I would need to wait, they appeared to try and do this for me

I was very satisfied with my experience and they made the handover a memorable experience. My only quibble was, I was not made aware that the sales person I was dealing with, until I called to speak to him, had left a week or so before the handover
