Such a friendly and welcoming experience. Bash listened to what I wanted and got me exactly that. Purchasing the vehicle was very simple and easiest part exchange I've ever had. I was kept up to date with the delivery of the car.

My car was in for 2 recalls, one was completed but the EGR cooler recall was not completed because the original one had been removed. I can't understand why they did not replace it anyway to save constant recall letters from BMW!

Refreshment station poor. 1 packet of Biscoff biscuits for all. Filthy work surface with tea stain and coffee grains all over. Fridge just had water bottles slung in. The milk bottle was crushed and looked days old. For a high end brand I expect more
