Service guy was brilliant. Repair did take a bit longer than I thought as the part has been ordered a week before. Car didn't get valeted as I was in a rush to get it back although Service did say they would do it next time.

It was a pleasant experience meeting the staff in the service department. It was unfortunate that you would not accept cash payment, and no notice existed of this at the service desks. Also, inside of my boot had not been vacuumed as it should have.

on my i8 from the i8 forums i was told the door struts were to be replaced as many people had theres replaced on the big service which i expected when i picked car up they hadn't alex convinced me it was only a strut service tightening etc so dont no

I was greeted at reception by the lovely Sue, and Rui who were waiting to get the running in service done on my new M2. They also went above and beyond in removing a sticker from the car for me via the valet team who also deserve a special thanks!

Service was done quickly, however couldn't do recall due to communication faults which I believe is from the egr software put on prior to this recall and looking on the forums I'm not the only one.

When I picked up my car went home the next day I used my car and the engine management light came on, called you on Monday morning was given a call back and was told I had to pay for a d nostick test would cost £110 I have to pay. It was ok .

This meant around £2.5k of neg equity in my car that would need settling. I later called Lister of Kings Lynn where I purchased the car. They said the car is worth £39-40k and they would be interested in purchase of it. Cont below

Following the healthcheck I was told the tracking was out on the rear wheels. At the time of the check the car was only 3 months old, so found it strange how this could be possible -wanted £120 for it to be corrected.
